GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

All deliveries are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery of the Association of Suppliers to the Graphic and Related Industries (VLGA.nl), filed with the Registry of the Chamber of Commerce Haaglanden. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • All amounts are in Euros, unless otherwise specifically stated
  • Packaging will be charged unless otherwise stated in the quotation
  • Delivery: ex office or ex works
  • Quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise indicated

PAYMENT TERMS (summary)

Net 30 days
In case of exceeding this payment term:

  • If payment is overdue by more than 30 days from the invoice date: a 3% surcharge on the invoice amount
  • If payment is overdue by more than 60 days from the invoice date: a 6% surcharge on the invoice amount
  • If payment is overdue by more than 90 days from the invoice date: we will be obliged to take further measures
